Ways to Give
Cars for Charity
Designating the YMCA when donating a vehicle to Cars for Charity helps the Y provide our mission-driven programs to those who need them most in our community.
Vehicles donated may be fully operable motor homes/RVs, cars, motorcycles, trucks, and boats; or vehicles sold for parts. Drive it in or call to arrange a tow.
Call Cars for Charity 509 928-1900 for more information on how to designate the YMCA of the Inland Northwest for your donation which may be tax deductible.
An endowment to the YMCA ensures our capacity to strengthen the very foundations of this community for years and generations to come.
Regardless of the programs in the future, we will be there to meet the need through our commitment to always nurture the potential of youth and teens, to help improve our community’s health and well-being, and to support and give back to our neighbors.
Camp Reed Endowment
Why Participate? What is it you remember most about YMCA Camp Reed? Was it sharing during Sticks Ceremony around the campfire at the end of the week, Critter Talk, Chapel or fun with campers and staff? We know Camp Reed has touched many lives and it is a unique experience that has a lasting impact. Now you have the opportunity to pass on these positive encounters for many more campers in the years ahead.
The YMCA is now…as it has always been…a place of possibility and promise for all. Unfortunately, in times when the true power of “us” is unknown to many and our bonds are fraying, we must do even more to enhance our human connections. Fortunately, where some see obstacles, we see opportunities. Each year, our community faces new challenges that create a greater need for the work we do.

Stationary bike relay challenge to benefit the YMCA Annual Campaign
At each of the YMCA branches, relay teams ride stationary bikes for this event. Our goal is to raise awareness for the Y’s Annual Campaign, which gives children, families, and people of all ages the opportunity to enjoy the YMCA. This event creates excitement and enthusiasm within the community while highlighting the YMCA’s commitment to nurturing the potential of kids, promoting healthy living and fostering a sense of social responsibility.
We count on the generosity of the companies, organizations, and people in our community to help families and individuals from all walks of life be more healthy, confident, connected and secure. By putting together a team for Pedal For A Purpose you help to ensure YMCA programs are available to everyone regardless of age, income or background.
